Qualified Fitness Coaches Wanted @ A New, Better Life in Naxxar

As more and more people living in Malta continue to seek our Services, we're expanding our team to meet the rising need for Fitness Sessions, this September 2023 onwards.

 

Are you a fitness enthusiast with a passion for motivating others to be their best selves? We're on the lookout for dedicated Fitness Coaches who can inspire, guide, and empower individuals on their fitness journey (Especially if you Can Coach between 5:25AM and 7AM and/or 3:15PM - 7:15PM).

The ability to connect with people one-on-one or in groups, fostering trust and support.

A commitment to enriching lives and going the extra mile to empower members.

Think outside the box to bring smiles and boost confidence - believe in the "I can" spirit.

Realise the job extends beyond sessions; it's about planning, learning, encouraging, and following up to drive change.

Utilise technology, especially Zoom, to manage and motivate a diverse membership based who speaks Maltese & English.

Keep expanding your knowledge of health, fitness, and the human body.

Bilingual in Maltese and English is a must.

Self-starters preferred

Be proactive in keeping members engaged and accountable.

Master the art of motivation and commitment.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Exercise/Sport Certification/Qualification. A Degree / Masters is given preference.

 

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

 

- We will be providing education on how to Plan, Organise, Set-Up and even Deliver your Sessions, with our internal proven systems.

- Extra credibility if you have personal fitness experience, coaching background, or a degree specifically related to sports/exercise.
