Responsibilities:

• Issuing and managing staff duties effectively.

• Planning monthly staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Developing and executing roster plans and shift schedules for staff.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the premises, ensuring smooth functioning.

• Conducting and leading staff meetings to align strategies with Gymnasia’s objectives and needs.

Requirements:

• Preference given to candidates with coaching credentials.

• Level 3 Certificate in Fitness is a mandatory requirement.

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a fitness environment is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in fitness programming and operational management.

• Ability to motivate and inspire staff towards achieving targets.
