Personal Trainer 
Location: Kuwait 

Job Summary 
REVO is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our
high-performance fitness team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand
their goals, build tailored workout and nutrition plans, and motivate them throughout their
fitness journey. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in training and movement,
but also empathetic, encouraging, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities 
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client goals, fitness levels, and lifestyle habits
• Design and implement customized training and nutrition programs to meet individual
objectives
• Instruct clients on proper form, technique, and safety during all exercises
• Motivate and support clients throughout their sessions with energy, professionalism, and
positivity
• Track progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust programs as needed for continued
improvement
• Use your knowledge to educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and wellness best practices
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
• Engage with clients and gym members to build relationships and encourage long-term
training commitments
• Collaborate with REVO team members to ensure smooth gym operations and a premium
training experience
• Promote personal training services and support the onboarding of new clients through
in-gym engagement

Qualifications 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level 3 Personal Training certification (required)
• Previous experience as a personal trainer or group workout instructor
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and training principles
• Ability to confidently demonstrate proper exercise form and modifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, motivational, and client-focused mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus
