Job Detail: Gym Manager/ Personal Trainer

Gym Manager

I’m looking for a Location Leader.

Not a “PT looking for more hours.”
A leader.

Fit Stop Paola is growing, and I need someone who can take ownership of that location, the team, the standards, and the results.

You’ll still coach.

But you’ll also:

• Lead the trainer team
• Drive client retention and performance
• Enforce standards on the gym floor
• Help grow revenue
• Take responsibility for the overall energy and culture

This role is for someone who:

– Already produces real results
– Doesn’t make excuses
– Takes initiative without being asked
– Wants more responsibility and higher income
– Thinks long-term

If you just want to train sessions and go home, this isn’t for you.
