Job Detail: Personal Trainers

Motive8 is a friendly and diverse health and fitness company. Our specialist areas
include bespoke gym design, personal training and fitness services, gym & spa
management.

We are seeking reliable, driven, highly motivated personal trainers to join our London
training team- to deliver 1-2-1 and group gym inductions and build a Personal
Training client base with our residential development gyms.

You will be highly approachable and work with attention to detail, providing a high
level of customer service to prospective members of our residential gyms.
Job specifics will include, delivering comprehensive group and individual gym
inductions. Handling and forwarding on induction payment and paperwork to head
office. Liaising with gym induction coordinator to arrange inductions to meet resident
requirements. Liaising with individuals residents to arrange one to one inductions.

As a Personal Trainer, you will also be required to deliver bespoke training packages
to clients delivering a high quality of training in order to meet client expectations. You
will also be required to support clients with nutritional guidance and monitor progress
throughout their journey.

You will be an effective communicator, and maintain communication between all
relevant parties in a professional manner.

You should also have experience in delivering fitness training sessions, and have a
confident and articulate approach to the way you work.
