Are you a qualified Personal Trainer looking for secure work in a facility that is fully invested in your development?

We are currently recruiting for the role of full-time Personal Trainer.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
This is an employed position, with full salary and benefits (inc. pension if eligible). This is NOT a rent paying/work X hours for free gig.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
We are Buckingham’s leading team of Personal Trainers, nothing shy of the most professional and attentive individual will do.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
We are not your average gym... We work mostly in a Small Group PT format, you do not need experience in SGPT specifically but you must be willing to learn. This role is not for the over-sensitive that can not take feedback and accountability to high standards.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
We are not looking for the finished article however, there is no minimum experience necessary. We can teach you how to be an amazing coach, we can not and will not teach you to have a can-do attitude.
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
As part of our team you will be placed on an internal and external development pathway. Lead by our Head Coach you will be trained on how to deliver the absolute best Personal Training locally. We will also fast-track your development by sending you on regular workshops and seminars via our connection to some of the best coaches/educators in the country.
